Andrey Rulev_

Support engineer moving into DevOps and system administration. At work I live in Grafana, Graylog and network diagnostics; at home I containerize, deploy and automate my own services.

How my own services run

Small, real setups I built and maintain myself: containers, timers, test gates and CI.

IG Spider

deployprivate repo
  • Bot and self-hosted cobalt as a two-service Docker Compose stack, with a named volume for state
  • Bot runs as non-root; cobalt has a read-only filesystem and no published ports, so only the bot can reach it
  • systemd timers pull updates and refresh dependencies weekly; build and pytest run in a disposable container before restart — a failure leaves the running stack untouched
Docker ComposesystemdpytestPython

Steam Spider

deployprivate repo
  • Python 3.13 slim image, Compose restart policy, host bind mount for persistent state
  • systemd timer fetches main and rebuilds the container when it changes; restarts resume quietly from saved sessions
Docker ComposesystemdBash

CSF Mission Editor

cigithub
  • GitHub Actions builds on Windows and Linux, runs core tests and scripted UI tests under Xvfb with software Mesa
  • Packages Windows and Linux releases automatically, with csf-pak-man built in from a pinned commit
GitHub ActionsCMake / NinjaXvfb

csf-pak-man

cigithub
  • Windows CI builds the app, runs CTest round-trip tests and packages a portable artifact
GitHub ActionsCTest

Rezka TV

ciprivate repo
  • Workflow builds the Android app and runs JVM/app tests, plus a scheduled nightly canary against the live site
  • Android emulator tooling with KVM for local testing
